 From what I have been watching over the last few weeks, this has been going through a very constructive bottoming, and now turn around sequence. Yes, it's slow right now, BUT constructive progress has been occurring. In fact, large Bids have been coming in and moving up, even just today. The floor has been forming, and getting much thicker, as the bottom is behind us. The Asks above have been thinning out. Baby steps right now, BUT it will get moving and momentum will pick up in due time. If you want a quick buck today, this is probably the wrong investment. But for a good ROI, at least 4x from here, BUY at this price and hold for several months, maybe a year. This isn't a day trading stock.
