I think this NR is worse than the NR by SR a year ago when he signed the deal to put some nails in the company with the financing deal put together to extend the life of the company for another year back then.

Only Appian and BHP gained greatly by that deal and now Appian and BNP will be fully compensated as secured creditors when the company defaults June 30th.

Wonder who will be the new owner of the mine for 120 million or so.
