Total active inventory remains 52 percent below this time last year.

Over time, the number of listings will drift back to normal. So, if by calendar year 2022, the number of listings are back to normal, will UI's SAAS revenue be up by 52%?

Perhaps revenues will increase by more than 52% since revenue per transaction will on average be higher in 2022 (new products: floor plan, 3D pocket website and UiMEET3D) than in 2020.
