May 15, 2021 | 12:27 PM An 8-month-old baby boy from Baldwinsville is the youngest person in the world to receive two doses of the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine.
Syracuse. com says the young boy Vincenzo “Enzo” Mincolla got his second dose this week at Upstate Medical University where he is participating in a clinical trial.
The Upstate Medical Center is just one of four sites in the world, testing the Pfizer vaccine in children under age of five.
Enzo is among 16 babies involved in phase one of trials into the effects of the Pfizer vaccine on children under five.
