1) When dealing with big players (GE, Intel, Walmart, Amazon, Microfost, IBM, Boeing, Harvard University, etc ...), you're not entitled to use their names without their consents.  Otherwise, small players would abuse this pattern.  Most of the time, it is for competitive reasons that big players don't want their name disclosed.  Big players like discretion in order to keep an edge over competition.  So clearly, you failed to understand that basic rule.

2) Press releases are written by both parties, to avoid confusions, disclosing of unwanted information, bad wording, scope, etc ....

If Boeing, for example, allows PYR to disclose its name, then PYR would be stupid not to publish it in a press release.
