RE:My opinion - Sell VMD and buy QIPT (formerly PTQ) VMD had a great run vrs PTQ (QIPT)
VMD had 40% organic growth and made a good profit from day one. It listed on the big board and Nastaq awhile ago.
PTQ/PHM and now ( QIPT) has been a highly unprofitable roll up with the need for continious financing to grow with little to no organic growth and cash flow.
Now VMD's organic/core business growth has slowed , as it was before covid. Now it is trying to do aquisitions and diversify to make up for it. It has become a show me story/value trap. Their share price is stagnant and has been continuely declining. The covid factor is no more, and the stock price could return to pre covid levels of $8.00.
QIPT over the next few months has loads of potiential. Large aquisitions news due shortly , they are on the cusp of making a good profit in 4th Q by scaling, warrants about to expire, good capital market connections and is about to list on the nastaq. Lots of news to look forward too.
Time for QIPT to shine!!
