RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:EHT NEWS THIS MORNINGHow do you get to 150 million shares?  I was back of envelope rounding and I got under 100 million. I was concerned enough already about the valuation of the new money when the $5 million new money, after everyone rolls in was only 8.76%, more like 7% fully dilated. That's a pretty hefty valuation. 150 million would put it down to under 5%. Tough sell. The pro forma projection must sing?
