The New COO Could it be someone from Plug?Someone who Marinus has endorsed? After being in charge of Plug's European operations, it's likely he knows several high-level executives still employed there. Executives who might see their vertical mobility and autonomy at Plug somewhat limited. I would think that sort of news would be well-received by the market.
