I dont know age of Mr. Robert Farrell, i don t know what he have in his head but if he want cash i think he can sell all the shares outstanding now at price he considered correct plus one prime for future sell product or the other hand make a RS who the shareholders don t really want and after that work and work all days and nights for make it and sell it. if you think at that,is the same money in rigth or left hand but sell the all shares outstanding at good price plus prime it ,s sure for shareholders but a RS is uncertain. Read the news again Robert made allusion at this two possibility.
