RE:Sometimes, fun is easily found

RE:Sometimes, fun is easily foundI have personal experience managing transportation of products with Li battareis (E-scooters and hoverboards), made in China.
Transporting by sea was not a problem and so storing in warehouses. The land transportation was a different story. Te insurance was much higher than transport expense itself, despite the fact that the products were fully UL certified by Canadian lab....

We endup transporting them without any insurance.
Basically, Ttere is some rational in the statement.
Batteries are not affected by the transprtation, but transportation companies are still afraid that one wrong battery can cause a big time explosion.

I think, "the good news" stand for good news for local markets, but I do not think it will be a major factor since localized production is part of every day business today.
