The really good news is the shareholder relationship part... this is a big move for BNXA as they got good and blasted with a bunch of nasty calls and emails last week...

So onwards and upwards... seems that the posters here are right according to BNXA, that the shelf financing is availiable and not needed, but only if something that was good for the company it could be accessed in this fast paced moving environment.
