If ever there was a text book example of the classic "pump and dump", it's XIGEM. In early Aoril they announce they have hired not one, but three IR firms all over the place to promote the stock. Well they did their jobs. The stock then spikes to around $0.70 after the pump starts around $0.20. Lasts a few days then collapses back to today at $0.34. They really got their moneys worth from those IR firms!
