AwesomeGood deal, lmnl was a bit behind without FDA acceptance.

This is a win win deal, about 5-10% more than expected, but upfront cash?

They bought themselfs a 30% coupon with future growth. LMNL managed to pull a rabbit out from the hat, with 70% stake, good plug?
