EMAIL FROM GREG CRAWFORD PROTECH IS NOW QUIPT HOME MEDICAL The purpose of this email is to brief you on last week's announcement that Protech will change its corporate name to Quipt Home Medical! As most of you know we are a publicly traded company currently listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange, in Canada. We have been working diligently on becoming listed on the NASDAQ Capital Markets here in the United States and we anticipate the listing in the month of June. This will be a huge step forward for the company as we continue to evolve into a National Provider.
Each of our brands have strong name recognition in their respective operating territories. At this point, each Business Unit will continue to operate under its existing individual name. However, in selected situations, we do expect to begin building brand equity around “Quipt Home Medical” or “Quipt” and start utilizing the name in certain territories overtime. There will be abundance of communication and planning prior to that, so I request all not be make any assumptions.
I am personally very excited about the future of our company and pleased to share my enthusiasm in this email. This represents a major milestone in the history of our Company. It is a testament to everyone’s hard work and dedication to our patient-centric model and organic growth strategy that has positioned our company to make this move.
