RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DRILL RESULTSThe share count will not matter because they will not need to issue a PP for exploration on those properties anymore due to KL will be absorbing the exploration costs.

The share count would matter if they need to raise money through a PP. The O/S shares would be an inpediment to secure financing. So the financiers would force the company to rollback shares so they could close any PP that was issued.

I hope this clarifies any confusion who had when reading the post.
