dividend increases together with capital gains is a win/ win formula in my world.

The seasonality of earnings is still there but that is being offset to some degree with progressively
higher earnings than the year before.  When you can consistently grow earnings year in and year out,   higher mutliples will follow.   Higher earnings and lower debt and rising dividends is a
formula that is hard to beat,  even with the seasonal factor.
