Rio Tinto, Scepter = Coffee & Donuts strategy in play

Rio Tinto, Scepter = Coffee & Donuts strategy in playIf Scepter Inc. is our next jv partner for the aluminum residues, then Rio Tinto is one of our torch Clients for sure and it's Rio Tinto that would then have introduced us to Specter.

That would fit this Coffee & Donuts strategy in play, as per this excerpt from today's news:

DROSRITE™

We expect to be able to announce within the next few weeks, the conclusion of a joint venture relationship with an existing and proven technology provider. The technology is geared to uniquely handle the residues resulting from the processing of dross in the aluminum industry. We had previously announced our intention to secure this technology and, if concluded, would not only make our traditional DROSRITE™ offering more appealing but could also be offered as a stand-alone product. We believe that valorizing the residues and producing high end products will further define us as the go-to company for all dross related processing. This is a prime example of our Coffee & Donuts strategy in play. For further clarity, the joint venture will only relate to the new technology and, as such, PyroGenesis will not have to vet in any assets, or IP (specifically not the DROSRITE™ technology).

RE:Who wields the scepter in dross recycling
Tcheck ... Quite possible that Scepter be our future partner on treating these residues as MidTownGuy recently confirmed.

Spector and RioTinto renewed their collaboration in June 2018 for a period of 10 years.  This collaboration is valued at 60M$:

Who wields the scepter in dross recycling
Rio Tinto has renewed a long term agreement with Scepter, an internationally recognized leader in aluminium dross and scrap recycling, for the treatment of by-product from the aluminium smelting process known as "skims", in the Saguenay – Lac-Saint-Jean region, Quebec, Canada.

I think scepter has a 10 year contract with rio tinto.
so it would make sense that pyr would begin a joint venture with them.
A JV with them would be a win win situation .it is the only way in ,in this heavily guarded industry :)

this would be a great profitable development .a breakthrough.

Is Processing potlines part of this JV ?
or can we keep it inhouse ?
