RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Great Q1 results, but what trickles down to shareholders ?Hey,
There is always a risk that management that holds a controlling interest in a company could make a move that would favor themselves and be unethical.
If you think this is the case, move on to another driller.
Not too sure that I follow your calculation about the CEO diluition and his 1.6% dilution versus 1.5%.   Heck, if he held no shares, dilution would be negative and this would be better ?

I kind of like the skin in the game that these guys have.  Plus, the CEO is the founder and has done a superb job in managing this company.  And all these guys have relocated to Africa.  So they are right where they should be.
Worked in Africa and seen some management squandering the $$$ away without having any skin in the game and residing in Canada/States.  Still remember the villa that had to be top notch for the visiting CEO who drove the stock to the ground.  Without dilution, he did not give a f... about the share price.
So all in all, superb execution, very good quarters and the industry is an upswing.
Looking forward to next quareter.
