new acquisition

I am new here, I do own IFR but looking into SOIL now.

So the new acquistion will bump production to 7500 boed, 12% declining rate, they said debt will be paid off in 2 years, assuming oil at what price?

I think we can see over $80 oil but does anyone here think the acquisition price is too low, too high....etc?
