Where does Tops get it?

Where does Tops get it?I'm not sure I understand where tops gets his valuations from. Even if we get to phase 5, we are only producing a billion lbs of copper and only own 40% of that. What about this super profit tax in the DRC that's 25% more than the feasibility study price. We are in that now! $1.25 initial costs so let's say copper does get to $6 which is possible then we've got 4.75 and half that is tax! I'm rounding here but $2.5 a pound profit at 400,000,000lbs of our share is $1billion. Times 15 and we have a market cap of $15billion. We only need to go another 50% to reach our full value in 5 years. The other projects aren't worth a lot maybe a few billion each. I just am having trouble seeing this get to $20,$30,$40,$50. I'm not being an a double s. I'm truly interested in how Tops gets these numbers. I own a lot of shares and want it to get to that price but enlighten me how please.
