I agree that Roger would not be so confident about the deal if it were not a certainty. The is a lot of history between UEX and JCU. Suraj is likely the match maker in all this. He has had a great relationship with OURD over the years and being ont he UEX board, he is probably the glue. I do suspect that Denison'c corporate philosophy is diametrically opposed to OURD's.

It may take the deal to close before the public gets in through their pea brains that it is a DONE DEAL.

 

Discussions commenced 15 yrs ago...revived early Jan...agreed on private deal.
