RE:RE:RE:RE:Time for a refreshed opinion Beena!!

RE:RE:RE:RE:Time for a refreshed opinion Beena!!I think we need to hear from Mr Brier, in his own words, on the reasoning for his vote against the deal...now maybe there is no issue but we should at least have a statement as to his reasons for why he was against the deal.

It took a many months of big trading and we end up with just south of 800mil SO? There was a lot of money made or at least changing hands and we need to have that all clear before the vote...could we have had this deal done months ago with just south of 400mil SO? I don't know but now that we have the docs we can ask the questions. JMHO...Opt

- 43 - All of the directors of Supreme voted to approve the Arrangement at the April 7, 2021 meeting of the Supreme Board, with the exception of Michael La Brier who voted against approval of the Arrangement. Mr. La Brier had previously indicated to Supreme Board members that, in his view, the effective value of the Supreme Shares was in excess of the value represented by the Consideration to be provided to Supreme Shareholders under the terms of the Arrangement. The Supreme Board considered Mr. La Brier’s views when considering the fairness of the Arrangement as supported by the Fairness Opinions.

Where do you see LaBrier voted against?

Beena is not the driver here, she was brought in but we need to be clear on everything between now and the vote...almost 800mil share count cuts our stake in half...there was a lot of bottom bouncing and probably a lot of green made, we need to get clarity. JMHO...Opt
