The Director of Mineral Resources amended the QML from 12m to 1m. If the director is professionally qualified engineer, why is that a problem? Unless Christman felt hurt that his assessment was called into question by the numerous edits given that he was titled the chief engineer in the first place?

To me it sounds like political plays in the department of mineral resources.  

This is a far less problem scenario like in Chile....Chile's constitution rewriting and election of hard left wing. Chile lithium miners and copper miners just tanked big time.
