(1) TSX listing without a Tier I and or any major contracts or
(2) Tier I and +, +,+ contracts and then announce the up-list.

Behind which door would EXRO stock price best benefit - 1 or 2 ?
Would that choice also accelerate a NASDAQ listing ?
