RE:Financial statements have a lot of interesting reading.
now I propably hav this wrong..  but here oges

cementex  go into a tizzy - apparently w redpath and a third party  softwatre vendor..

redpath posted a bond and sued NCI and Cementex... CtX was asking ~ 18 million.. not clear what redpath was bukin for !

NCI turned around sued all three for 88 million..

CtX went thru arbitration - rec around 2.5M$  the software company did not get anything and redpath took a bundle of stock and re-collected their bond from the courts..

yes it appears that the old managers provoked the melie ! got fired and rec 200K and 400K$..  the blow-by-blow is in one of the SEDAR filings..

when NCI made the now CEO acting bak then - directions changed..  NCI went across town, and hired a legal group out of Reno - probably the hycroft/barrik gang.??  (Elko has a couple law forms that onl;y do mines).  sounds like the old managment had crummpy attorneys or tried to settle the dispute in the parking lot..

redpak apparently is still doing buisness w NCI = they  develope Mine Portals..  i saw one of their truks when i went thru yearington last saturdy..

if i read the SEDAR correctly - redpath pulled the trigger..  otw not a lot of detail v/s doing a court search  for washoe county
