RE:SP Calculations (?)I agree with most of your calculations, I would challenge the rev multiple and shares outstanding you are using, as I have stated before I only apply a 5x multiple. Once the company is more established and see recuiring revenue then it would be fair to increase the multiple. Shares outstanding fully diluted is about 120,000,000

What I believe you are missing is using $975,000 as a revenue number, to think that isnt going to change is absurd, As Marilyn Schaffer has mentioned XTM expects to have $25,000,000 annual revenue run rate once Canada is fully open from the covid shut down, this is only Canadian revenue, as we saw press released 2 weeks ago the company is now able to capture revenue in the USA. Contracts are in place on both sides of the border with new ones expected to come online.
 
People are not investing in XTM for current performance but for what could be, do the math on $25,000,000 revenue and you will see why it needs to be owned.
