Thank you for clarifying Ryan. I simply understood from the company they had insurance for these situations, though it makes sense it would be for directors. A question, if the lawsuit does end up succeeding, could the company itself be held liable, or wouldn't it be the directors themselves, thus where insurance would provide coverage without the company itself paying damages?
