Why is the share price staled?
Wel it has been since the atm... Isn't strange? Or is it?... The big boys are gobling 150 millions worth of share and the sale price ain't droping... News are released daily and shorts are figthing like a "diable dans l'eau bnite" but there comes a time when "resistance is futile"... Longs dont feel they are worth less then 1 b marketcap with these new acquisition because they thought it was undervalued before it. It is reflected by the low volume being staled at a low value people arent selling because they bought the future and the atm will soon be bought to a close... What then?.... People realising the company is now but bigger and with more cash on hand... That should really tank the sp...lol! The way I see it a company who is turning in 10% of its marketcap in sales is surviving... If its building grounds for more then it is growing.... If it's doing that on market share of other companys or off the whole available sector then that is strategic investing... (Maybe Q or Tour or anybody can do the math if Hexo +Zen +48 sales per annum are 10% of market cap then what is our "surviving" value?...) Look into the beer segment and how the molson/labatt took hold of the emerging markets back in the days... Watch us do it again!!! ;) Live long Live prosper Long live Hexo!!! GLT...Longs
