RE:The bottom line

RE:The bottom lineI for one am relieved that we have net new talent who can provide a green eyes review.  I was modestly concerened that they may opt to pull from within HyGear or Inmatec, which would have been concerning and a net negative in my mind.  Irrespective of pedigree, we have some new operators who can and will add value over the medium term.  Real change takes time, but it starts with the right people.  If we see an improved machine top down by this time next year, we'll know we have them.  GLTA and well done Kurt (I hope)
