RE:Two experienced hands onboard

RE:Two experienced hands onboardAgreed.

Weaknesses in the organization at multiple levels was exposed.  These guys are coming in at a critical and much needed time when BGX Biostream is gaining market acceptance and ramping up production.

They can assist with expansion and growth at Inmatec and Hygear, sourcing efficiencies and pricing leverage for the service centers and in a few years with BOO, Carbonquest and whatever else is coming. These guys will be busy.

Kurt will do what he needs to do (we know it was hard to move Prabhu out, but good managers make those tough decisions) to make the business successful. No doubt that it will be reflected in the share price and at which point his retirement in a few years will be that much more gratifying.
