Undervalued-Some ReasonsWhen one compares ownership, TUO owns more of Treaty Creek than TUD.  But TUO has an NSR on the property which is worth, at least, $1.00 per share.  My view of this is that TOU should trade at least $1.00 above TUD.  My present target for TUO is $4.00, on that basis.   Soon we should be rid of the sour-grapes holders who don't like Dino.  To me they will be the BIG LOSERS.   IMHO
