RE:A Nugget Of Wisdom About Class Action LawsuitsWhile recovery of all losses would be ideal, IMO you have missed the big picture. A durable and successful (for investors) stock market is reliant on the integrity and credibility of its’ participants. Regulators, with limited budgets, primarily target the egregious offenders leaving many to run rampant by staying under the radar. Class actions, without any direct costs to the offended, provide an opportunity to send a valuable message to the fraudsters and focus a spotlight on them. Often the “burn” is so severe that they vanish
As I have posted previously, people run companies so their history is critical to the probability of success. The people here (2017 to 2019) seem to have accomplished little in their past given their involvement in a variety of companies and industries. Comparing press releases (LOIs) to realizations screams of impropriety even to non-investors. If you are invested in the stock market and wish not to see this again, sign up. Your reward will be much larger than the payout!
