financials

financialsYour post was wrong. The company is in full compliance with the stock exchange. If yo do not believe this phone them. If I am wrong I will pay for your call. To say we are delinquent filers is an acusation that we do not know our job. I would say that you do not know of what you speak. To those wishing to know our grade, we have mineable reservses of 1.83% wo. We have seen claims of 5% tungsten as well, we can not comment on this except to say that our mine, Cantung, and our deposit, Mactung are known throughout the industry as being very high grade and they run between 1 - 2%. If you noticed the shareholder rights plan you will see that we have concerns of a takeover. It is very simple to understand why as we have a needed product. Not one that is wanted but one that is needed as there is getting to be a shortage. Any company that NTC would j/v, merge or forward sell to is very large by comparison and could gobble us up very quickly. There has been some crazy trading in our stock. It appears that we have attracted all the usual suspects. The next step that would fundamentaly take the stock higher, aside from further price increases in ore, would be a j/v, forward sell, merger/ financing. Stay tuned. Ron Shenton ir
