Thecnic and thecnics.I remember what B.T. said about his nano particules and the fact that with the plasma approach he could produce nano spheric powder. And for that he was years before competition. The titanium powder of pyro might use a similar approach and then can produce spherics powders that could get a better effect for it's use in the 3d print industry.Others technics like water atomisation can produce nano titanium powders, but with I think a grinding method you can't realized nano spheric powders. For myself I think using water atomisation is a use of a grinding method and you won't find the quality as you find with the plasma approach. And more with a chemical approach you will not find a spheric production as you can find in the plasma approach.Btw,if you look at the pellettisation in the iron ore industry, you will considere the fact that a spheric bullet is the best for the manipulation, transport and general use ,and less destructive for the machineries in long terms.
