 I think its
 from kozMOE, as in brother to Curly and Larry. 
    Moe's been posting misinformation for years,  often  multiple times a day, hundreds a month.  It's been said that he bashes on this board because of some weird vendetta of his, (and he doen't have anything better to do)
    Many have put Moe and his 'AKA's'  on ignore to prevent being slimed.
