RE:Two experienced hands onboard

RE:Two experienced hands onboardWell said. These are 2 very nice hires.

New COO has a wealth of experience with large enterprise operations. He brings with him a huge rolodex of relationships. Also being in the Quebec region is a big plus both from a communications perspective and a cultural one. The provincial government is a strategic partner for XBC and will be one of their biggest proponents as they like to take care of their own.

None of this even includes the fact that there is an underlying inroad to ALSTOM with this hire. Another powerhouse. The potential for getting into bed with some of these global energy leaders should not be overlooked.

The sweetner here is the addition of a Global Operations VP. One with GE on his resume and power generation know-how in his toolkit.

The leadership team for XBC is rounding into a world class group. These are all upgrades to the company's IQ.

Looking forward to getting these guys on board and ramping up.
