Welcome Highlands and cudos to you for starting the long journey to financial independence. Fortunately, at 20 years old you have a long time horizon in front of you but I totally agree with Ace's comments with respect to educating yourself. There are no shortcuts in investing, the more you know, chances are the more successful you will be. If I may recommend a couple of books - The Intelligent Investor by Ben Graham (Warren Buffett's mentor) an absolute classic and The Investment Checklist by Michael Shearn. Both long reads but well worth the effort. Good luck to you!
