West Resource and East Resource - One Deposit?

West Resource and East Resource - One Deposit?

It would appear, geologically, this could be one resource/deposit possibly economic by initial open-pit bulk mining near surface (West resource) and mining the deeper East resource concurrently or after completion of open pit West mining.  

Could this explain the current proposal while the proponent has stated mining well into the future per the Pebble Tapes?
