Western Copper and Gold Corporation is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in developing the Casino Project. The Casino Project is a copper-gold mining project in Yukon, Canada. The Casino porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum deposit is located in west central Yukon, in the northwest trending Dawson Range mountains, approximately 300 kilometers (km) northwest of the territorial capital of Whitehorse. The Casino project is located on Crown land administered by the Yukon Government and is within the Selkirk First Nation traditional territory and the Tr’ondek Hwechin traditional territory lies to the north. The Casino Property lies within the Whitehorse Mining District and consists of approximately 1,136 full and partial Quartz Claims and 55 Placer Claims acquired in accordance with the Yukon Quartz Mining Act. The total area covered by Casino Quartz Claims is approximately 21,126.02 hectares (ha). The total area covered by Casino Placer Claims is 490.34 ha.

I would love to be a fly on the wall in these negotiations.

and more importantly I would love to know what Dale's bottom line for outright sale would be in 6 months. Based upon replaying an interview from him in 2018, I would have to say somewhere around the Pensquito Mexico mine $1.5B ? ....since he implied they are very comparable ( realizing diffferent metals , etc). One interesting comment though in that interview is he stated he believes he will eventually be proven right and that he is a very patient.....so I personally think it's in the $10 usd range for his bottom line but just pure speculation. I do wonder at what point would they really be required to bring it to shareholder vote. I mean it it was a $7usd offer...would they really be fulfilling fiduciary responsibilities if they didn't bring that to a shareholder vote???? 


wonder for anyone who has been around longer and or have better insight to management what the thought is....
