RE:Phoenix zoneSpinoffs often times happen when juniors have multiple projects in various locales. When a suitor acquires the company, but has no interest in the weaker properties, they are often times spun off as new companies.
In this instance, the satellite exploration parcels within the Spanish Mountain main zone would be considered part of the package when any suitor acquires us. Why would any suitor want to give away future exploration capabilities?
If the Phoenix Zone is key to getting us closer to 10 mm ounces, then Larry should make plans to work up a drill project within the next 12 months. It wouldn't hurt. Just think what it would do to the share price if the resource went up another 50%.
