RE:The cat is out of the bag.

RE:The cat is out of the bag. Below is spec by Megacopper about ES buying anything within an mile of the Appleton

as NFG has not announced any drill  results in a while so wonder if they hit something

deep that opens the area up more...Be still my beating heart.

Yep they want the northern extension and southern extension of the Appleton Fault. So they will have to takeout LAB and NFLD. There is high grade gold right along that fault right through the island. My guess is on Mar 16th they saw something spectacular in drill hole 118 deeper down. They only released assays for the top portion of that hole which hit 62 g/t over 13.7 meters. Now I'm only guessing that they might have hit some high grade deeper down when they intersected the Appleton fault but two days after the announcement of this intersection Eric Sprott opened his pocket book to any junior within an English mile of New Found Gold. Coincidence??? I don't think so. Come on NFG give us the assays for the rest of hole 118 and send this baby to the moon!!!

Below is a paragraph from the March 16th new release. ES went on his spending spree two days later and he hasn't stopped. Add up what the guy has invested since that news release. It must be over $50 million. Now they might not have hit anything deeper down when they intersected the Appleton fault but my guess is they liked what they saw in that one. Just sayin. And there has been a drill parked over there on the southern end of the Keats Zone ever since. I can almost hit it with a rock from the highway. Well maybe Tom Brady could Lol

  • Drill hole NFGC-21-118 is still being drilled and is targeted to intersect the Appleton Fault Zone. The hole is currently at a depth of 581m . Assay results from the balance of this hole will be reported when received.
