So what exactly, or possibly atleast, are the implications or benefits of Valens being listed on Nasdaq?

Are there existing institutions interested to invest but must be Nasdaq to do so, or ATM transactions to raise capital for further acquistions that are cited or contemplated?

Please spell it out for us, someone please?
