Where do you figure dilution fits in to going onto Nasdaq, or even when doing a share consolidation? There's no dilution involved as there is no share issue or change to any assets, liabilities or shareholders' equity.

Will the NASDAQ be a dual or secondary listing? I presumed (perhaps wrongly) that it would be a dual.....
