This firm looks like a great fit for what FP wants to do over the next quarter or two - build out several Phase 2 systems in 20 and 40 foot shipping containers.

Let's review:

Moni is a big Fn deal. There are very large industry players looking to create a massive green ammonia ecosystem. Green ammonia is seen as probably the only way to decarbonize agriculture, long haul shipping - and possibly aviation and long distance trucking. Trillions could be spent on green ammonia infrastructure over the coming years and decades.
Dincer and his post docs are top notch ammonia technology scientists/engineers.
FP owns Dincer's green ammonia synthesis technology.
The better FP does, the richer Dincer and his team get.
With NCA, IC has a reputable and experienced manufacturing partner.
IC claims he has a lot of interested parties from agriculture and other industries wanting to evaluate a phase 2 system.
