RE:UEX a laggardThe mid tier companies like UEX have all been experiencing the same share price movement. I don't see that UEX has been a laggard. But I do agree that the DML stink bid left us about 10 cents shy of where we could be.

As I've said before, I expect that the PP to finance the JCU deal will be priced north of where we are trading right now.

Roger says he plans to raise $15-20 million which equates to 30-40 million shares at $0.50. If someone wants into UEX in a big way with the light volumes we are seeing across the sector right now they cannot do it without raising the asks and lifting the share price way up. Look at the Level II. A private placement is a back door into UEX without affecting the sahre price ont he open market. This would be the attraction of the private placement to a prospective investor. Provided Roger can convince them that the deal is a DONE DEAL.... which it is.
