RE:UEX a laggard
RE:UEX a laggardTiredofWating wrote: Since DML threw a wrench into the gears, UEX has been a laggard as others in the U space have surged. Once there is absolute clarity on the deal (Mid June), UEX will be undervalued relative to its peers and that should see the price adjust upward.
Its just frustrating that financing will likely have to come a lower price than it could have been had the share price participated in the sector rally.
Not necessarily, when financing is done below the current stock price, the stock tend to come back down and trade below the financing price, when the financing price is done above the current trading stock price, the stock tend to do a bullish run upward toward the financing price, just because DML did that PR stunt to impress its shareholders which stop UEX bull run at 0.495 cents a share does not mean we are going to have a lower share price financing deal. Like I said FCU last 2 financing deal was at 42 and 60 cents a share, UEX completing financing deal between 40 and 60 cents a share is very reasonable, anything outside this price range north of 60 cents is fine with me.
