Yours is a generic question I'd be happy to answer.
The book I recommended was Arthur Hailey's The Moneychangers.
It won't give you any insights as to successful investing strategies, but it's a great book that exposes the dark side of finance, and in some respects the markets. It's not a fictional as most would think, and it's probably in my top 30 of all-time. I have read it more than once, years apart.
I'm sure anyone here who enjoys reading would like it.
