RE:RE:Great little companyAll IMO of course...If you look objectively at this company from the outside without any bias, here is what you see...
Most of the stock owned by owner and/or insiders, small number of shares outstanding with a very small float. The company has exploding revenues, no debt, lots of cash on hand, growing market share and doing everything right. It's the kind of company any shareholder would love to own. Yet the stock actually goes down from their first explosive report from March 30 and continues to go even lower after another huge revenue/marketshare gain.
Meanwhile you have brokers literally begging to get their payday every quarter if they would just let them get a piece of the action and raise money with them. What do you think would happen to the stock if the brokers could get their cut first?
Adcore is in a tough spot. If they could make their way off this exchange and get to the Nasdaq, they would get the valuation/money they would deserve easily and sail off into the sunset and take their shareholders with them for huge gains. But it takes time and work and specific metrics to make that happen. Looks to me at this point, they have decided to stick to their plan and grow market share without diluting their existing shareholders at this ridiculously low undervalued level. This is the type of company and leadership I want to own. The type who does not give in to pressure from the people who really have the power to move stock.
If Adcore keeps doing what they are doing, growing revenues and market share, the company will receive a much higher valuation at some point and they will get it with or without those parasites.
