1 in 7Over the time that BHS has been running the ore sorter it has pretty consistently reported that the sorter was rejecting 93-95% of the run of the mine rock. Good news in the sense that there is no need to waste time or resources on barren rock.

In round numbers that is a ratio of a little less than 1:10 mineralized to unmineralized.

The new release states that on the material being recovered now the ratio of mineralized to unmineralized is 1:7.

That is a huge difference. An the projected daily production of 200 tons, 1:10 gives you 20 tons a day, 1:7 gives you almost 29 tons, nearly 50% more mineralized material.

My own view is that the BH mine is far richer than the original run of mine agerage grade of 22 ounces per ton suggests. And I suspect that the reason drilling has been undertaken is to back up a higher grade with the proper, assayed, drill results. At the moment, BHS can only leave breadcrumbs. But the drill results will give us the whole loaf.
