Who in their right mind would sell at .055?

Who in their right mind would sell at .055? You would have to be stupid, broke or maybe both to be selling this at a $2MM market Cap. Completely dumbfounded that people would be selling at this price, this might be the biggest buying opportunity in the market right now.
